Role Overview :
As a Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Specialist, you will leverage the full capabilities of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to help our clients understand and engage their customers more effectively.
You’ll collaborate with sales and marketing teams to implement, maintain, and optimize solutions, turning data into strategies that elevate customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
- Utilize Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to create unified customer profiles and audience segments that drive data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement customer journeys using real-time, event-driven data.
- Maximize out-of-the-box functionality to meet business requirements with pre-defined configurations and solutions.
- Convert customer data into actionable insights that fuel marketing strategies and key business decisions.
- Provide training and support to end-users, empowering them to fully utilize the platform.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer engagement strategies and business goals.
Qualifications :
- 3+ years of experience in customer insights, CRM systems, or similar roles, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365 .
- Demonstrated expertise with Power Platform and the following Dynamics 365 modules : Customer Insights (Marketing) and Sales.
- Exceptional analytical skills with hands-on experience in audience segmentation and data analytics.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Clear communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
- A strong marketing background with experience in designing outbound campaigns.
Preferred Skills :
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform and its integration with Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of CASL and other compliance standards related to customer data management and outreach regulation.
