We are looking for a General Manager to support our team at Northwest Lexus.
RESPONSIBILITIES : Sales
Sales
Ensures Sales Consultants are working to plan on a monthly and quarterly basis to achieve yearly objectives. Provide weekly one-on-one coaching to Managers and Sales Consultants to ensure leads are followed up.
Inform the team of promotions and train accordingly including scripting of messages. Generate and close sales in both new and used vehicles.
Service
Work closely with the Service and Parts departments and the Business Development Centre to ensure clients are satisfied with their experience at the dealership.
Respond to survey concerns as identified by the Manufacturer when necessary. Resolve any outstanding issues within the authority.
Financial Management
Analyzes the outcomes of dealership operations, compares them to the targeted objectives, and ensures that appropriate measures are taken to correct any unsatisfactory outcomes.
Plan the dealership operations for the coming year and review and recommend enhancements for each department's monthly forecasts and plans.
Coordinate with the business office to make certain that all records and analysis is properly maintained. Prepare sales forecasts for all sales and manage to plan.
People management
Communicate management’s policies and procedures to all staff and ensure that they are adhered to. Conduct management meetings.
Participate in interviewing and hiring procedures, training, measuring and evaluating performance, and recognizing accomplishments.
Implements and maintains an efficient communication system throughout the entire dealership. Meet with managers individually, to develop monthly and annual objectives and examine actual performance.
EXPERIENCE :
- Minimum 5 years of management experience
- Premium OEM experience preferred
