IT functional analyst

Responsibilities
- Carry out functional analysis of internal customer needs
- Write or update functional quotes
- Analyze anomalies experienced by internal customers after the deployment of new features
- Provide functional support to the development, production and test teams in the company's agile environment
- Develop and provide training on
changes or improvements to functionality
- Write relevant reference documents
- Participate in all application projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or combination of relevant experience and training
- More than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of work tools such as Jira
- Collaboration and team spirit
- Knowledge of C# .Net programming (an asset)
- Knowledge of the Azure environment
- Be autonomous and proactive
- Bilingual (French, English)
