Project Manager (Higher Ed)

We are committed to delivering excellence in education management, and we are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in higher education processes and Banner, to join our dynamic team.
Position Overview : We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to oversee a critical initiative focused on the integration of IRCC data with Banner in a remote setting.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of information and data validation processes, mitigating risks associated with the integration, and providing strategic solutions to enhance efficiency.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the availability of IRCC data online at all times.
- Develop and implement detailed procedures for downloading, validating, and uploading IRCC data to Banner.
- Provide ongoing support and training to college staff on the procedures and processes related to IRCC data integration.
Experience and Qualifications :
- Minimum of years of project management experience in a higher education setting.
- PM Certification is preferred
- Experience with Dev team in an Agile setting
- Proven experience with Banner, including data integration and validation.
- Understanding of IRCC data and its implications on study permit processing in a huge plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
