Hvac Outside Sales representative
Position Overview : Senior HVAC PM Hunter
Responsibilities : As an Outside HVAC Sales Representative, you'll play a critical role in driving the growth and profitability of our HVAC service business in the Vancouver Branch.
You'll initiate, establish, and build profitable service relationships with new customers, with a primary focus on selling preventative maintenance agreements.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Identifying, targeting, and qualifying prospective new customers through disciplined and professional processes.
- Conducting sales calls to understand customers' needs and propose innovative HVAC solutions.
- Developing territory marketing plans and attending industry events to expand business opportunities.
- Representing our company with pride, integrity, and performance while maintaining the highest standards of quality.

What We Look For : Required :
Required :
- Experience selling Preventative Maintenance Programs
- Five Years Plus Experience with building HVAC systems
- Strong Microsoft Office and CRM experience
- Strong value selling capability
- Experience selling an intangible service
Preferred :
- Strong technical acumen with a keen eye for detail
- Impressive ability to deliver engaging presentations
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and industry standards
Bonus Qualifications :
- Post-secondary education
- Property Management Experience
