Position Overview
You’re a results-focused individual who provides effective technical support with a great attitude. Your approach focuses on organization, collaboration, and communication to ensure the solutions you develop meet or exceed expectations. With your technical expertise and desire for a great user experience, you’re a great candidate for our Operations Process Lead position.
In this role, you will work as a team member of the Logistics team within the Application Support department to provide functional and technical internal consulting to support business unit processes and related information technologies, including our customer relationship and billing solutions modules. As part of the Application Support team within Information Systems (IS), you’ll offer support and leadership for project management, systems sustainment, and issue resolution.
In this role, you will :
- Develop an understanding of and provide support to Operations in :
SAP PM and Custom built and 3rd party applications such as Mobile Workforce management, GIS, CAFÉ, Right of Way (ROW) permit applications
What it takes :
In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
