Job Summary :

Our client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an commercial property portfolio, with a heavy emphasis on Industrial assets . The successful candidate will be responsible for tenant relations, financial performance, maintenance coordination, and overall asset optimization.

Key Responsibilities :

• Portfolio Management : Oversee a portfolio of industrial properties, ensuring optimal performance, tenant satisfaction, and value enhancement.
• Tenant Relations : Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing lease compliance.
• Financial Management : Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, approve invoices, and analyze financial performance to maximize property value.
• Operations & Maintenance : Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Vendor & Contractor Management : Hire, oversee, and evaluate third-party vendors for maintenance and operational services.
• Reporting & Compliance : Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with local regulations, health and safety standards, and environmental requirements.
• Risk Management : Identify potential risks, implement mitigation strategies, and ensure insurance and legal compliance.
