Join Our Team as a Restaurant Quality Assurance Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Quality Assurance Manager to join our national restaurant brand based in North Toronto. This role is essential in ensuring that our restaurants maintain the highest standards of food safety and compliance, impacting the lives of millions of customers every day.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough inspections across multiple restaurant locations.
- Collaborate with franchisees and operational teams to address non-compliance issues.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions to franchisees, staff, and operational teams.
- Manage and follow up on food safety issues using our internal platforms.
- Organize and lead meetings with cross-functional teams to streamline daily operations.
- Support the Food Safety program across Ontario and the Atlantic provinces.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with the Ministries of Public Health.
