Job description

Aufgaben

Duties

  • Develop, review, revise, and implementation of the Construction Quality Management Plan
  • Schedule & conduct construction quality audits
  • Supervise the construction quality team
  • Monitor the development and implementation of Inspection and Test Plans and schedule & conduct regular audits
  • Work closely with the construction and design team members to ensure the Non-conformance are addressed effectively
  • Identify & flag construction deficiencies throughout the construction phase
  • Lead the development of the monthly Quality Management System Report
  • Develop and deliver onboarding and quality training as required
  • Promote STRABAG to all associated with the organization / project by demonstrating professional skill and a high
  • standard of fairness and integrity
  • Assist the Quality Director in promoting Quality Culture throughout the Organization
  • Assist with deployment of various continual improvement initiatives and facilitate workshops
  • Participate in proposals and tenders for new projects
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

    • Qualifikationen

  • A minimum of 10 years experience in the quality management field of rail and transit, transportation or infrastructure projects, with at least two years of direct experience in tunneling
  • As a minimum, successfully completed an ISO 9001 : 2015 Lead Auditor Course.

    • Physical Demands : While performing the duties of the job, the employee may be required to lift to 10 lbs.
