Description de posteAct as manager in the client accounts department Plan work related to pension plan administration Supervise and verify work Monitor progress of tasks and projects Train and coach team members Support the team in various special projects Prepare and track budgets Build client satisfaction by addressing needs and responding to requests from clients, members, and trustees Suggest process improvements Develop new business contacts, negotiate agreements with existing clients, and explore new markets with prospective clients Minimum 10 years of relevant experience Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, actuarial science, or related fields Strong team spirit Analytical thinking and attention to detail Well-organized and resourceful Good communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage and motivate a team Excellent customer service skills Fluent in spoken and written French; bilingualism is an asset Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
