About the role

We are looking for a collaborative and energetic Senior Advisor to join our award-winning team, 2023 NPI Payroll Team of the Year. The person assigned to this role will be responsible for :

Documentation & Training - Payroll

• Analyze and revise processes to simplify and increase team efficiency.
• Collaborate with the management team, identify needs and coordinate analyst training.
• Provide guidelines and recommendations on complex situations
• Provide training to the payroll team and our partners.
• Propose and support the development of e-learning tools to facilitate the training and support of new analysts.
