Job Description
As a Director, Organizational Development, you will develop and lead best-in-class global talent management and development programs / processes aligned to the organization’s strategic objectives and priorities. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in shaping the organizational culture and capabilities necessary for long-term success. You will also lead and develop a (small) team of dedicated professionals.
The Organizational Development team is a team of thoughtful advisors who drive One Fund business outcomes and colleague engagement through talent processes and practices. They are stewards of performance, potential, succession, development, assessments, experience, culture, and the competency model – all informed by colleague listening activities and data-driven insights.
