Job Description
Our healthcare client is currently seeking a permanent Manager, Organizational Development to join their growing team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, implementation and oversight of strategies and programs to enhance performance, development and engagement of employees across the organization.
This is a hybrid position in Toronto, ON that offers exciting opportunities for development and growth!
RESPONSIBILTIES :
- Lead the learning and development strategy by developing and implementing goals and objectives that are consistent with organization and its strategic priorities.
- Identifies learning and development needs and key skill gaps through assessments, surveys, and consultations with key stakeholders.
- Provides coaching and guidance to leaders and employees to support their growth and development.
- Leverage learning management system to support learning and development.
- Leads organizational change management initiatives and applies effective change management methodologies and best practices.
- Provides leadership and oversight of strategies to promote health and wellbeing of employees.
QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum 5-8+ years of experience coaching and training, in a leadership capacity.
- A Master's degree in a related field such as Organizational Development, Organizational Development and Learning, or Organizational Development and Leadership.
- Prosci change management certification is an asset.
- Experience of LEADS is an asset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
