The ideal candidate for this position would be an experienced product marketer with an in-depth knowledge of the user experience, security, and digital transformation challenges of large financial services organizations.
In this position, you’ll become familiar with the product and solution launch lifecycle at one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies in the world—from ideation to adoption. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who loves to lead the go-to-market launch process of newly developed products, features, and solutions. Responsibilities :
- Lead a core project team that ensures readiness and effectiveness of new product and solution launches within Okta’s Go-to-market function (Incudes : Customer First, Enablement, Marketing, and Product Marketing)
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure launch projects have supporting plans and content across Customer First, Enablement, Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management
- Provide strategic governance on how we release products. Create, maintain, and communicate launch process, timelines, best practice guidelines, and templates company-wide to multiple stakeholders
- Lead cross functional teams to meet launch readiness criteria in GTM and navigate to delivery of complex product launches
- Be the connector between multiple teams and drive alignment on key decisions to deliver results
- Identify, develop, and implement operational enhancements for efficiency and provide thought leadership and innovation in the launch process
- Collect meaningful key metrics to guide the launch and communicate results frequently with senior leadership
- Work closely with data and analytics teams to track and communicate product performance
- Leverage go-to-market and product knowledge to help anticipate risk and provide mitigation and escalation paths
- Assist in the development, project management, and organization of standard operating procedures within the Product Marketing team
Qualifications :
Below is the annual salary range for candidates located in Canada. Your actual salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, and experience. In addition, Okta offers equity (where applicable), bonus, and benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, RRSP with a match, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave (including PTO and parental leave) in accordance with our applicable plans and policies. The annual OTE (On Target Earning) range for this position for candidates located in Canada is between : $117,000—$175,000 CAD
