The D365 CRM Functional Consultant will lead the implementation and configuration of the Dynamics 365 Sales module. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their sales processes, provide tailored solutions, and ensure seamless adoption of the platform to enhance sales productivity and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering and Analysis
- Collaborate with clients to understand and document their sales processes, business goals, and CRM requirements.
- Conduct workshops to identify pain points and define solutions aligned with industry best practices.
Solution Design and Implementation
Configure the Dynamics 365 Sales module to meet business needs, including setting up entities, fields, workflows, and business rules.
Integration and Collaboration
Testing and Training
Post-Implementation Support and Optimization
Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications
5+ years of experience implementing and configuring Dynamics 365 Sales.
In-depth understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales module features and integrations with Power Platform tools (e.g., Power Automate, Power BI).
Ability to configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, and dashboards.
