Job description
IO Solutions Contact Center is looking for Cantonese-speaking and / or Mandarin-speaking candidates who enjoy challenges and love helping customers over the phone. Under the supervision of the Team Leader, the Customer Service Agent will be responsible for providing on-the-phone quality customer service and meeting stated productivity targets.
