Webelieve that discovering what it means to be a Jesus follower happens in community.We are seeking a candidate for a new position on our staff so that we can foster a richer sense ofconnectedness as we continue to reach the Greater Saint John area for Jesus. The successfulcandidate for this position will create, maintain, and grow opportunities for our congregation to learnBiblical truth and equip them with spiritual life skills, for the purpose of a lifelong maturing of theirfaith. They will have a passion for spiritual formation, an appreciation of the value of small groupministry, and a holistic vision for maturing in faith. A leader of leaders, their mandate will be to createa leadership team to bring this ministry to life. They are responsible for fostering a sense of belongingwithin the church community.
