About the Opportunity
- Review, draft, and revise legal documents, including non-disclosure agreements, purchase orders, statements of work, and vendor contracts.
Respond to daily legal inquiries and provide timely guidance.
Support legal projects and initiatives as needed.
Manage the intake process for legal team requests, ensuring efficient workflow.
Maintain and update databases for insurance policies and intellectual property portfolios.
Assist in organizing and maintaining the company’s contract repository.
Oversee the upkeep of company minute books and corporate records.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
Review, update, and manage legal precedents to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Perform additional duties as required.
About You
Minimum 5 years of experience as a law clerk.
Completion of a Law Clerk program or similar certification.
Strong background in corporate and commercial law with proven expertise.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and practical judgment.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters with discretion and professionalism. Pay Range :
120,000-130,00
