Description de posteCoordinate Project Phases : Assist in managing various stages of commercial & institutional construction projects, including tenant improvements and building renovations. Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and address any challenges. Track Project Progress : Help manage project budgets, track costs, and update project timelines to ensure deadlines are met. Ensure Compliance and Safety : Maintain compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle. Commercial Space Renovations and Tenant Improvements : Transforming office spaces, medical clinics, and retail spaces to meet client needs. Institutional Construction : Working on public sector buildings, including government and municipal facilities. Building Retrofits : Helping businesses modernize and update their existing facilities. A degree or diploma in Construction Management, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in the commercial or institutional construction industry, with a focus on tenant improvements and building renovations. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the construction field. PMP certification is a bonus but not required.
