Your Role
As a Junior Project Manager, you will assist in managing and coordinating commercial & institutional construction projects and tenant improvements. You will support the project team, manage timelines, and communicate with clients and trade partners to ensure successful project delivery.
Coordinate Project Phases : Assist in managing various stages of commercial & institutional construction projects, including tenant improvements and building renovations.Collaborate with Stakeholders : Work closely with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and address any challenges.Track Project Progress : Help manage project budgets, track costs, and update project timelines to ensure deadlines are met.Ensure Compliance and Safety : Maintain compliance with industry regulations, building codes, and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle.Types of Projects You’ll Be Involved In :
Commercial Space Renovations and Tenant Improvements : Transforming office spaces, medical clinics, and retail spaces to meet client needs.Institutional Construction : Working on public sector buildings, including government and municipal facilities.Building Retrofits : Helping businesses modernize and update their existing facilities.What You Bring
A degree or diploma in Construction Management, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in the commercial or institutional construction industry, with a focus on tenant improvements and building renovations.Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow in the construction field.PMP certification is a bonus but not required.Ready to Join the Team?
