Coach & Develop Leaders – Partner with executives and managers to drive leadership effectiveness, retention strategies, and succession planning . Support M&A Growth – Lead HR integration efforts in mergers and acquisitions , ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with business goals. HR Leaders with experience in a senior leadership role , ready to take on a broader, more strategic position . A builder - someone who enjoys creating, designing, building and implementing HR strategy, systems and processes. Manufacturing & Industrial HR Experts – Experienced in multi-site, operational environments , comfortable navigating workforce complexities.
