Responsibilities :
- In collaboration with managers, assist in the creation and revision of job posters for various positions.
- Complete the screening of all applicants through the review of applications.
- Present the list of candidates no longer being considered, along with the list of potential candidates, to identify the best prospective candidates.
- Notify applicants, in consultation with the representative, of results, presenting the option of an informal discussion.
- Prepare, in consultation with the representative, the assessment methodology and materials, including interview questions and all documentation, such as assessment and final reports.
- Arrange, in consultation with the representative, meetings of the selection committee, including developing agendas and all meeting materials, and making accommodation arrangements.
- Arrange and attend, in consultation with the representative, formal interviews of identified candidates, including developing interview schedules and establishing any necessary assessment accommodations.
- Confirm data such as education, employment dates, and positions held, and identify discrepancies in the information collected.
- Conduct reference checks and provide the results of the reference checks and other data checks undertaken to the representative.
- Prepare and submit written reports detailing the outcomes of data and reference checks within 5 days of completion.
- Provide individual candidate assessment materials and results / scores for each phase of the selection process, in electronic format and sorted by candidate, along with any other relevant information.
