Esri Canada has an exceptional opportunity for an Employee Engagement and Communication Specialist, as part of the Human Resources team, based in Toronto.
Reporting to the Talent Manager, the person in this role will play a pivotal part in fostering a positive work environment, enhancing employee satisfaction, and strengthening employee engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of several corporate internal communication strategies and tasks, such as employer talent branding, employee engagement, organizational change announcements, DEI communications, and company-wide meetings, as well as partnering with stakeholders on various employee engagement and communication initiatives.
Responsibilities :
- Establish and execute proactive communications and employer brand strategies that promote Esri Canada as an employer of choice
- Create, manage, and execute strategies to strengthen social employee engagement and the employee value proposition (EVP). Partner with recruitment, marketing and other stakeholders on execution.
- Collaborate with the Director, Human Resources and the executive management team as well as different departments across the company to co-create and deliver transparent internal communications about key initiatives and monthly company updates by using various forms of communication and platforms.
- Improve and maintain internal communications process’ including newsletters, announcements and updates.
- Administer and evaluate the Annual Employee Survey and communicate results?
- Provide support with developing employee / pulse surveys, including survey design, gathering insights, analyzing information, identifying gaps and providing recommendations for change based on feedback
- Create communications to promote Esri Canada’s employer brand on social media, internal channels, job postings, recruitment messages, candidate collateral and Esri.ca career site
- Manage social media engagement metrics to measure success (e.g., , Talent Insights, Glassdoor), report findings and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Identify and participate in external benchmarking programs and surveys to raise Esri Canada’s profile as a great place to work such as, Great Place to Work, Canada’s Top Employers, etc.
- Develop print and video news and feature stories for internal and external channels that promote Esri Canada’s employer brand.
- Maintain ongoing understanding of business initiatives and strategies
