• Work as part of a team and be responsible for collaborating with team members to achieve common goals. This may involve coordinating efforts, sharing resources, and providing support to team members.
• Provide information relating to fitness programs, memberships and assist with facility bookings.
• Responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any conflicts or issues with staff and members
• Collaborating with different teams to create strategies and solve problems
• Assisting in the development and implementation of procedures to improve communication and efficiency
• Assist the supervisor to ensure daily tasks are being completed
• Train new staff and to ensure they are competent in their role as Wellness Centre Assistant
• Assist with ensuring staff are following the direction of the supervisor within the office
• Work in compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
