Adecco est actuellement à la recherche d'un(e) commis de recouvrement bilingue (FRANÇAIS / ANGLAIS) pour un poste temporaire pouvant devenir permanent, basé à Brampton, ON. Dans ce rôle, vous aiderez à gérer le recouvrement des comptes impayés et contribuerez à atteindre les objectifs visant à réduire le DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), minimiser les créances douteuses et améliorer la trésorerie. C'est une excellente opportunité pour les personnes passionnées par le recouvrement et le soutien administratif.

  • Taux de rémunération : 22 $ à 24 $ / heure selon l'expérience.
  • Lieu : Brampton, ON
  • Horaire : Lundi à vendredi | Quart de travail entre 7 h 00 et 20 h 00

    • Responsabilités :

  • Assister votre responsable dans les projets et initiatives visant à améliorer la fonction de recouvrement des créances.
  • Gérer votre portefeuille de comptes pour réduire le DSO, minimiser les créances douteuses et réduire les radiations tout en maintenant et améliorant la trésorerie.
  • Atteindre et dépasser les indicateurs de performance clés (KPI).
  • Participer et planifier des mises à jour périodiques avec les gestionnaires de comptes clés (KAM).
  • Maintenir une documentation détaillée des activités de recouvrement, en garantissant leur exactitude et leur exhaustivité.
  • Rechercher et analyser les comptes, en fournissant des informations exploitables pour améliorer le processus de recouvrement.

    • Exigences :

  • Doit être légalement autorisé à travailler et à résider au Canada.
  • Doit être entièrement bilingue en français et en anglais, à l'écrit et à l'oral.
  • Expérience en gestion de recouvrement ou en soutien administratif.
  • Solides compétences en service à la clientèle avec la capacité de gérer des informations sensibles et des négociations de manière professionnelle.
  • Maîtrise avancée de Microsoft Excel et Word (une expérience en conception graphique est un atout).
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et au sein d'une petite équipe.
  • Solides compétences organisationnelles et de gestion du temps.
  • Une expérience antérieure en recouvrement ou dans des domaines connexes est un atout, bien que non obligatoire.

    • Adecco is currently seeking a Bilingual Collections Clerk(FRENCH / ENG) for a Temporary to possibly permanent position based in Brampton, ON. In this role, you will assist in managing the collection of outstanding accounts and contribute to achieving targets for reducing DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), minimizing bad debt, and improving cash flow. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for collections and administrative support.

  • Pay rate : $22-$24 / hour depending on experience.
  • Location : Brampton, ON
  • Shifts : Monday-Friday | Shift within 7 : 00am-8 : 00pm
  • Job type : Temporary to possibly permanent | Full-time

    • Responsibilities :

  • Assist your leader in projects and initiatives designed to improve the Cash Collections function.
  • Manage your portfolio of accounts to reduce DSO, minimize bad debt, and reduce write-offs while maintaining and improving cash flow.
  • Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
  • Participate in and schedule periodic status updates with Key Account Managers (KAM).
  • Maintain detailed documentation of collection activities, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Research and analyze accounts, providing actionable insights to enhance the collections process.

    • Requirements :

  • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
  • Must be fully bilingual in both French and English - written and verbal
  • Experience in collections management or administrative support.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle sensitive information and negotiations professionally.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word (graphic design experience is an asset).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Previous experience in collections or related fields is an asset, though not mandatory.
