Position : Administrative AssistantLocation : TorontoSalary : $26-$30 per hourJob Type : 3-month contract (potential for extension)We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented administrative professional for a 3-month contract, with the potential for extension, to join a dynamic team. The position offers the opportunity to support multiple functions and contribute to key strategic initiatives in a fast-paced, supportive environment.What you will do : - Administrative Support : Prepare correspondence, memos, minutes, spreadsheets, proposals, presentations, client briefings, and reports of a confidential, strategic, and specialized nature- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Assist various departments (Marketing, Operations, Technical Services) within the eam with special projects or initiatives.- Meeting & Travel Coordination : Schedule team meetings, conference calls, arrange travel accommodations, and ensure meeting equipment and setups are organized.- Expense Management : Handle credit card applications, code corporate invoices, process expense reports, and manage cheque requisitions.- Records Management : Maintain and organize electronic filing systems for the team.- Internal Liaison : Act as the point of contact for field personnel and departments (People & Talent, Health & Safety) on behalf of the team.- Communication & Support : Provide information and direct inquiries to appropriate team members.
