Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the company's Sales & Marketing initiatives involving project sales & marketing and corporate marketing (social media, branding, website management).
You are someone who is excited to continue building their online presence and will liaise with agencies, vendors, and consultants to ensure successful marketing campaigns, project launches, and sales.
You will manage budgets, track sales performance, and generate reports. Additionally, you will act as a strategic advisor to the development team by performing development administration tasks, including assisting with the design and rendering of projects.
You are solution-oriented, a self-starter, and comfortable in an environment that changes with the company's needs. You have a degree in Marketing or a related field, 5+ years of experience in real estate sales and marketing (must have) , working for a local developer or an agency, and a strong understanding of the development process (development application stages, BPs, disclosure statements, etc).
Lastly, you are proficient in project management, sales software, and Google Ads. It’ll be an asset to have exposure to homeowner care.
