Automobile Technicians
We are currently seeking a skilled andexperienced Automobile Technician to join our team at a reputableautomotive service center in Canada.
As an Automobile Technicianyou will play a key role in diagnosing repairing and maintainingvarious vehicles ensuring they operate at optimal performancelevels and meet safety standards.
Responsibilities :
Vehicle Diagnostics : Utilize advanceddiagnostic tools and equipment to identify and troubleshootmechanical and electrical issues in vehicles.
Repairs and Maintenance : Perform necessary repairs adjustments and maintenance tasks onvehicles including engine repairs brake system servicing electricalsystem repairs and more.
Vehicle Inspections : Conduct thoroughinspections of vehicles to assess their overall condition andidentify potential issues that require attention.
PartsReplacement : Replace faulty or wornout parts with newones ensuring the use of genuine parts and following manufacturerguidelines.
Routine Servicing : Perform routineservicing and preventive maintenance tasks such as oil changesfilter replacements and tire rotations.
Electrical Systems : Diagnoseand repair electrical systems including wiring lighting andelectronic components.
Brake and Suspension Systems : Inspectrepair and replace brake and suspension components to ensurevehicle safety and handling.
Record Keeping : Maintain detailedrecords of all vehicle repairs services performed and partsused.
CustomerService : Interact with customers addressing theirinquiries explaining repair recommendations and providing excellentcustomer service.
Safety and Compliance : Adhere to safetyprotocols and industry standards ensuring all work is performed incompliance with regulations.
Qualifications and Experience :
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Formal technical training or certification in automotivetechnology is preferred.
- Proven experience asan Automobile Technician with a solid understanding of vehiclemechanics and electrical systems.
- Strongdiagnostic and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in using automotive diagnostic tools andequipment.
- Ability to work efficiently andaccurately in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality ofworkmanship.
- Good communication and customerservice skills.
- Valid drivers license with aclean driving record.
- Ability to lift heavyobjects and stand for extended periods.
