Job Overview
LotusFlare is a cloud‑native SaaS provider based in Silicon Valley, focused on building and evolving a Digital Network Operator (DNO) Cloud platform for telecom operators. The Technical Program Manager will lead strategic projects that deliver value for our enterprise customers worldwide.
Responsibilities
- Lead cross‑functional teams (engineering, UX / UI, sales, marketing, customer success) to deliver cloud‑native software projects.
- Apply strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, Agile / Scrum, and risk management to keep projects on track.
- Manage sprint backlogs, grooming sessions, sprint planning, and backlog prioritization.
- Ensure clear, documented Mormon for all team members and stakeholders.
- Coordinate dependencies between frontend and backend systems and resolve them promptly.
- Keep documentation up‑to‑date, enabling team members to find needed information quickly.
- Maintain a proactive approach, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while fostering team morale.
- Provide guidance to engineers, architects, and product managers on product functionality and requirements.
- Operate as a technical liaison, translatingzeug technical vision into actionable plans.
Requirements
Experience in telecommunications (preferred).Hands‑on with SOA, microservices, and serverless architectures.Strong understanding of API‑driven architecture and cloud‑native solutions.Knowledge of swagger, Postman, JIRA, Confluence, and Agile / Scrum processes.5+ years in enterprise software product, program, or scrum management roles.Experience with telecom BSS products is a plus.Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.Why Join Us?
