Responsibilities :

• Prior experience as a software engineer (Web / SOA domain) before evolving into a lead or managerial position (or equivalent University education)
• Experience in managing cloud-native web-apps-related software projects (or similar relevant experience), preferably SaaS or PaaS projects
• Incredible communication and organizational skills : the ability to articulate clearly and precisely to help coordinate activities among the Server engineering group and with other departments
• You have a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and the ability to call out risks at different stages
• You make sure to have a clear overview of what's going on on the project at any given moment and can report its status with relevant granularity to stakeholders at various levels
• Partner with other cross-functional teams including engineering, UX / UI, sales, marketing, and customer success
• Grow in a technical role by providing guidance to engineers, architects and product managers about the functionalities of the product and requirements
• Understand dependencies between front end and back end and work towards resolving them
• Manage sprint backlog, grooming sessions, sprint planning for the team
• You know how to manage and keep documentation organized and up to date, so everyone can quickly find what they're looking for
• A proactive approach comes naturally to you
• You have proven experience in handling multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a can-do attitude
• You are a team player, and you know how to make the team feel motivated and supported
