What youll do:

• Collaborate with internal business partners and negotiate with suppliers with an emphasis on preparing contractual agreements (such as but not limited to MSA SOW NDA Transaction Agreements Amendment letters etc.).
• Prepare contractual agreements using current company templates
• Analyze contracts to ensure they comply with company policies
• Liaising with internal business partners and external suppliers
• Negotiating with suppliers to secure the best terms and pricing for the company

What were looking for: (must have)

• 6 months experience with contracting best practices business decision-making in a Contract Specialist context with an increasing scope of responsibility
• Applicable Contract Management Procurement Legal experience and/or certification
• Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. iValua Coupa Ariba etc.)
• Finance and budgeting experience
• Experience in a financial institution
• Familiarity and experience with Professional Services
• Familiarity and experience with IT services
• Post-Secondary degree/certification in logistics business administration law purchasing and supply chain management or equivalent working experience
