You as a Manager, Systems & Applications :

Provides professional, thought, and technical leadership, driving the development of goals, performance metrics, KPIs.

Proven management experience and track record of implementing and maintaining a project delivery focus, a sense of urgency, a drive for closure, and a continuous improvement mindset within your team

  • Provides ITIL-oriented team leadership with a focus on policies, standards, processes, procedures, and tools, including maintaining accurate documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Responsible for developing personnel into high-performance teams, coaching & managing individuals for their growth and development.
  • Exhibits detailed functional and operational expertise and broad technical knowledge. Analyzes business and technical requirements to anticipate trends, amalgamate emerging technologies, and deliver team results aligned with strategy.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align technology strategies with the company's business goals. Develop and execute a roadmap for systems and applications, including upgrades and enhancements and security measures to protect confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all corporate systems and data
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, negotiate contracts, and evaluate new technologies and solutions.
  • Fully accountable for customer satisfaction, you implement best practices for system monitoring, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.

T his is the right role for you, if you have :

  • A University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • 10 years of F / T industry-level experience; Azure & Server certifications preferred.
  • Broad knowledge of systems software, applications, IT infrastructure, and emerging technologies.
  • Strong business acumen and experience; strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities; strong results-focused & detail orientated leader with proven ability to manage competing priorities and projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, including an ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams with a demonstrated ability to influence the thinking of, or gain acceptance of, others in sensitive situations.
