Full-time sales/service position. This can be a HYBRID role if you have a proven track record.
There is also a Flexible part time sales/service position.
We are looking for a Dynamic, remarkable, self-motivated ,sales-oriented/customer service individual who has a passion for the insurance industry. Our goal is to build strong relationships and increase our client base with trust and remarkable service.
Responsibilities- Establishing a personalized telephone contact with the client. Creating a climate of trust to the sell all of our products home, auto, commercial and life and disability insurance. Life license must be acquired. Educates and advises our clients on our products, while adhering to the company's underwriting policies.
- Seizes all sales opportunities, solicitation and product offers.
- Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process.
Qualifications:- Property and Casualty license (OTL) or RIBO required
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain).
- Successful track record of meeting sales goals.
- Self-motivated and driven for success in a team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to relate to customers.
- Organized, with the ability to problem solve.
- Attention to detail.
- English and any other additional languages preferred.
- Strong understanding of social media/ technology.
- Product/ sales experience (required).
- University degree/ College diploma or a quick learner.
- Previous insurance experience in various property and casualty disciplines and life would be an asset.
