5-days onsite at the office location.

Must Have :

• Oracle, SQL Managed Instance & Elastic Pools
• Performance tuning using AWR, ASH, and execution plans
• Storage optimization, partitioning, and indexing strategies
• Designing, deploying, and monitoring Golden Gate replication topologies
• Tuning extract / replicate processes, log retention, and checkpointing
• SQLMI transactional replication
• Elastic pool implementations and tenant level balancing
• Operational Excellence
• Incident response, performance baselines, and proactive monitoring
• Root cause analysis and post incident optimization
