Job Overview

JOB DUTIES / KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Prepare Design Change Packages such as Modifications, Temporary Modifications, and Non-Identical Component Replacements for mechanical, electrical / instrumentation / control design modifications.
• Provide technical and process support to field work under Projects, Work Order Holds, and Project Control Center (PCC) actions.
• Prepare design, calculations, design bills of material, and address design-related field issues.
• Provide advice and / or direction to Design Leads, review designs, and sign Field Initiated Changes.
• Perform field inspections, acceptance, and approvals.
• Maintain written documented processes and procedures to reflect improved operating methods and additions to all supported systems.
• Provide Engineering Change Control guidance, support field issues and Field Initiated Changes, and facilitate positive outcomes with EPC vendors.
• Understand impacts on cost and schedule, and provide support to minimize impacts while driving projects.
