Maintenance Supervisor

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead the facility’s maintenance team in a challenging heavy industrial environment. This is a hands‑on role with a mix of floor work and team coordination—roughly 75% on the floor, 25% in office oversight. Ideally, you are a licensed 433A Millwright or Electrician (309A/442A), however, individuals without licenses will be considered based on their work history.

What will you be doing?

• Lead a team of 12+ tradespeople (electricians, millwrights, apprentices, and more).
• Work in a reactive‑heavy maintenance environment with older equipment—problem‑solving and quick decision‑making are key.
• Oversee contractors, ensure safety compliance, and implement preventative maintenance programs.
• Directly influence production uptime and team development.

What We’re Looking For

• 442A or 309A ticket if you’re an electrician or 433A ticket at a Millwright. Those without tickets will be considered provided they have experience as a Maintenance Supervisor.
• Experience in heavy industry.
• Proven supervisory experience—attendance, performance management, and disciplinary processes are all a part of your responsibilities.
• Hands‑on, proactive, and engaged—able to thrive in a unique industrial setting.

Compensation & Benefits

• $50/hr with overtime after 40 hours and typically 5-10 hours of overtime weekly.
• 3 weeks vacation to start, RSP match up to 3% after 1 year.
• Negotiable benefits waiting period for the right individual.
