Briscoe Group | Morningside, Auckland Support Office
We’re looking for a Visual Merchandising Coordinator to join our Support Office team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is all about coordinating and supporting visual merchandising requirements across our retail network, ensuring store standards and guidelines are consistent and executed to a high standard.
You’ll work closely with the Visual Merchandising Manager and collaborate with Briscoes and Rebel Sport stores, as well as merchandise, operations, and marketing teams, to create visually compelling retail environments that captivate customers and drive sales.
Your Day-to-Day
- Create and execute visually appealing and effective in-store displays
- Support the maintenance and communication of visual merchandising guidelines across the retail network
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company standards
- Coordinate promotional activities and ensure alignment with in-store execution
- Organise and plan visual merchandising workshops, including logistics
- Provide comprehensive visual merchandising training to new team members.
- Collaborate with marketing and buying teams to align strategies with seasonal focuses
- Manage vendor launch calendars and support new product launches
- Research and implement innovative visual merchandising techniques
- Assist with relevant components of new store openings and refits.
