Job description

We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team in Brampton, ON

Previous work experience in an administrative role within the Transportation / Logistics industry is required

Shift : 5 : 00pm-1 : 30am Monday-Friday

Pay : $21.00 / hour

Responsibilities Include :

Customer service (phone / email)
Verifying documents
Billing
Photocopying / scanning / faxing
Scheduling appointments
Other duties as required

Qualifications :

Post-secondary education or combination or education and work experience

Previous administrative experience within the Transportation industry

Microsoft Office experience

Excellent communication skills

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Able to work independently

High attention to detail

Ability to multi-task

Experience with AS400 is an asset
