We are hiring an Administrative Coordinator to join our client's team in Brampton, ON

Previous work experience in an administrative role within the Transportation / Logistics industry is required

Shift : 5 : 00pm-1 : 30am Monday-Friday

Pay : $21.00 / hour

Responsibilities Include :

  • Customer service (phone / email)
  • Verifying documents
  • Billing
  • Photocopying / scanning / faxing
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications :

  • Post-secondary education or combination or education and work experience
  • Previous administrative experience within the Transportation industry
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Experience with AS400 is an asset
