CRM Coordinator - Microsoft Dynamics Specialist

The Position :

This position is a 3 month flexible position based in our Mississauga office. The CRM Coordinator will have exception understanding Microsoft Dynamics - CRM application, to support and assist business efficiency and growth.

Major Responsibilities :

• Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the CRM system.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the CRM database.
• Train and support team members in CRM system usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CRM data with the ERP system.
• Streamline processes to enhance data flow and efficiency between CRM and ERP.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and opportunities for improvement.
• Generate reports and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
• Leverage knowledge of the electrical industry to align CRM strategies with industry trends and customer needs.
• Stay updated on technological advancements in the electrical field.
• Work closely with the inventory management team to ensure accurate representation of electrical products and components in the CRM system.
• Implement strategies to optimize inventory tracking within the CRM.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills :

• Proven experience as a CRM Coordinator or in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems, with proficiency in MS Dynamics
• Background in the electrical industry, with knowledge of electrical components and inventory management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
