CRM Specialist
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled CRM Specialist
to join our client. In this crucial role, you’ll be responsible for administering and optimizing CRM system to support a fast-growingmercial environment.
Your expertise will ensure our core systems are reliable, accurate, and tailored to day-to-day user needs while delivering key insights to leadership.
Responsibilities :
System Administration Support : Provide system administration support for CRM systems, particularly related to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.
Customize the CRM system with objects and workflows to meet specific organizational needs.
- Workflow Management : Create, manage, and optimizeplex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes within the CRM system.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze data and create reports to gain insights into team operations and productivity.Use data-driven insights to improve business processes.
