- System Administration Support : Provide system administration support for CRM systems, particularly related to user permissions, custom objects, and workflows.Customize the CRM system with objects and workflows to meet specific organizational needs.
- Workflow Management : Create, manage, and optimizeplex workflow rules, validation rules, and approval processes within the CRM system.
- Data Analysis and Reporting : Analyze data and create reports to gain insights into team operations and productivity.Use data-driven insights to improve business processes.
