Building Manager

We are looking to hire a Live-in Building Manager in the Kitchener / Waterloo area. This is a full-time position that would be a great fit for someone who likes to keep active and engaged.

Responsibilities

Cleaning / Maintenance

• Ensure cleanliness of common areas, corridors, stairwells and elevators
• Prepare suites for new residents
• Perform minor maintenance throughout the building
• Coordinate with contractors for additional maintenance projects
• Grounds maintenance including : salting sidewalks and minor snow removal on walkways

Tenant Relations / Administrative

Maintain building logs
