you will be part of a dedicated team based in Kitchener, Ontario and reporting to the
Manager, Distribution Operations.

What you will get to do
Support front office administration with mail and shipment coordination
Order office supplies, check inventory of and order packaging supplies for the office and Distribution Centre operations
Support Parts Distribution daily order flow with waving, separating and distributing pick tickets hourly for dealer and Mass Retail customers
Identify and prepare documentation / shipments for Dangerous Goods
Support Logistics team booking pick-up confirmations for Mass Retail Parts orders
Regular reporting and status updates on our 24 / 48 hour on time shipping, Unit Fill Rate, product hold summaries and other Management reports
Troubleshoot picking errors, shipment and WMS system errors to support on-time customer delivery
Who You are
College Diploma or 2-3 years experience with administration, or comparable work experience
Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, INFOR MAPICs or similar ERP System
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail, with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
