Responsibilities

• Operate in a team environment with a focus on partnering with Business Unit leadership and Operations team to drive optimal performance.
• Collaborate with BU controller group in supporting business processes.
• Assist in the effective management of projects through compliance with company procedures whilst delivering best practice and applying Project Management principles.
• Assist in ensuring Arcadis business systems are updated and maintained on a regular basis and provide accurate financial information.
• Ensure that cash management activities are a constant focus with a continuous pursuit of improving cash flow by maximising billing and debt collection on projects.
• Drive continuous improvement in the development of Financial Processes and Financial systems.
• Ensure a superior health and safety perspective in everything the team does.

The salary range for this position is $89,600-$112,000. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
