Position Summary :

We are seeking a Technical Solution Analyst who is passionate about delivering exceptional service, solving problems proactively, and contributing to the ongoing success of our higher education clients. This role serves as a key "technical" connection point between our customers and internal teams, ensuring that every client interaction is thoughtful, responsive, and aligned with our mission.

This position will primarily serve as a combination of Technical Analyst and Oracle Developer, working both with clients to gather requirements and implement solutions, and also to review or extend product design through internal development projects.

Key Responsibilities :

• Serve as a strategic partner to clients, managing expectations and providing timely, thoughtful solutions to complex issues.
• Lead and manage projects from planning through to execution, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery.
• Implement both client custom and internal baseline development projects within the Millennium development framework, primarily via SQL queries or PL / SQL coding.
• Develop, maintain and / or troubleshoot web-based, database-driven systems, with an emphasis on the database layer.
• Draft professional, clear, and effective written communications, including documentation, client proposals and project updates, and knowledge articles.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
• Proactively identify opportunities for service improvement and act as a customer advocate across the organization.

What We Offer :

The expected base salary for this position is : CAD $75,000-88,000. Salary is based on a number of factors including market conditions, location and may vary depending on job-related skills and experience.
