Bid & Proposal Specialist

KOMPAN Canada is looking for a Bid & Proposal Specialist to coordinate, manage, and deliver winning proposals and bid submissions across Ontario.

Reporting to the Managing Director - Canada, you’ll collaborate closely with our Sales Consultants and the North America Bid & Proposal team to evaluate opportunities, gather key information, and deliver high-quality proposals.

What You’ll Do

Own and manage the full proposal and bid process by :

• Coordinating with Sales Consultants to gather key details and manage timelines for accurate, on‑time submissions
• Collaborating with the North American Bid & Proposal team to ensure best practices across regions
• Customizing, editing, and assembling proposal documents using up‑to‑date templates and company content
• Organizing and maintaining a centralized library of project materials, case studies, credentials, and templates
• Tracking all bid submissions and outcomes, following up with Sales on results and lessons learned

This is a hybrid position, working 3 days a week from our Kitchener office location.
