Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst / Technical Consultant with a strong background in analyzing and evaluating business requirements. The ideal candidate will translate these requirements into technical and business processes focusing on potential areas for process automation. The role involves preparing technical design documents contributing to the implementation process and driving improvements based on business needs and architectural enhancements.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and evaluate business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and business processes.
• Prepare technical design documents including functional specifications user stories epics and detailed process modeling.
• Contribute to the entire implementation process ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Drive the definition of improvements based on business needs and architectural enhancements.
• Provide requirement and design-related assistance to the development team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Mandatory Skills:

• Proficiency in Pega Technology especially Pega Customer Service Framework.
• 3 years of experience in conducting requirement analysis with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts and processes.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Experience with Pega SQL.
• Knowledge of the finance domain.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in business analysis and technical consulting roles.
