About the Role :
The Multistore Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple retail locations. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple retail stores
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train and develop store managers and staff
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize store operations
Qualifications :
Post Secondary Education, with a Bachelor's degree in Business is preferred. 5 years of related experience in the field of Cannabis will be considered.
Required Skills :
- 3 years of Retail Cannabis experience
- Proven experience as a multistore manager
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven experience in retail operations
Preferred Skills :
- Technical experience in the following :
- POS Systems, CCTV, MS Office
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
