Program Manager

Senior Program Manager – Remote (Toronto or Ottawa area) – Fulltime Perm

We are looking for a Program Manager to bring structure, visibility, and predictability to cross-team execution. This role will help teams organize work effectively, surface and manage dependencies, assess resourcing needs, and provide leadership with a clear, calendar‑based view of delivery across the organization. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working across multiple teams, and skilled at balancing timelines, risk, and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Organize team tasks around clear due dates and train teams on consistent task formats
• Attend program meetings and identify cross‑team dependencies requiring escalation
• Proactively elevate risks and blockers to ensure timely resolution
• Assess resource capacity and skill gaps across teams to support delivery
• Build and maintain a centralized, calendar‑based view of company deliverables
• Evaluate timelines and risk levels to ensure delivery aligns with growth requirements
