Systems Analyst, WMS (Contract)

Staples Canada is recruiting a Systems Analyst to implement Manhattan WM Active across Canadian distribution centers.

Responsibilities

• Work with the project and cross‑functional team to implement Manhattan WM Active for Staples distribution centers across Canada.
• Configure, test, and integrate Manhattan WM Active with ERP and other MHE systems.
• Support distribution centers on the Manhattan MAWM platform for ongoing process improvement and stability.
• Deliver Manhattan Active WM (WMS, LM, Slotting) configuration in alignment with the project timeline.
• Map integrations with ERP systems and other MHE systems.
• Participate in testing, UAT, and training support.
• React quickly to changing business needs and recommend appropriate system enhancements.
• Work closely with product vendors and third‑party vendors to deliver project and support requirements.
• Customize Staples‑related reporting, including SCI reports, LM and WM reports, packing slips, and labels.
